Privacy policy

At RG Solutions we care about your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we receive when you use rgsolutions.pro and the Fixed Assets page, what we use it for and what you can do with it.

1. Who we are

RG Solutions is a software company based in Guatemala. We decide how the data you send us is used. You can contact us at gerencia@rgsolutions.pro or on WhatsApp at +502 4543 4777.

2. What data we receive

• What you give us in the forms: name, email address, company and the message you write.
• When you book a meeting: the data you enter in the calendar (Calendly), such as name, email and the time you choose.
• When you write to us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your profile name and the content of the conversation.
• Technical data: when the site loads, some third-party services (see section 4) may receive your IP address, browser type and device.

We do not ask you for sensitive data or payment information through this site.

3. What we use your data for

• To answer your inquiry and give you information about our products and services, such as Fixed Assets or custom software development.
• To schedule and hold demos or meetings.
• To follow up commercially on what you asked us for.
• To protect the site against bots, spam and abuse.
• To improve the site and our communications.

We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than those above without telling you.

4. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf so the site works:

• Google (corporate email from Google Workspace and Google Apps Script): receives and stores the form messages. It also serves the site's typefaces (Google Fonts) and measures visits with Google Analytics and Google Ads (see section 5).
• Cloudflare (Turnstile): checks that whoever submits a form is a person and not a bot.
• Calendly: manages the meeting schedule when you decide to book one.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to write to us through that channel.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside your country. Each has its own privacy policy. We may also share data if a competent authority legally requires it.

5. Cookies and measurement

This site does not use its own cookies to track you. The third-party services we load (for example Calendly and Cloudflare Turnstile) may use their own cookies or storage to work.

Measurement with Google. We use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to know how many people visit the site, which pages and sections they see, from what type of device and browser, from which country or approximate region and whether they arrived from an ad. We also record actions such as clicking a WhatsApp or booking link, choosing a plan, opening a frequently asked question, using the calculator or the demo, booking a meeting or submitting a form. For this, Google places cookies in your browser (for example _ga y _gcl_*) and gives us aggregated statistics. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. We use this information to improve the site and to measure whether our ads work; we do not use it to personalize ads and we do not sell your data.

If you visit the site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not enable this measurement. You can avoid it anywhere else by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser or by reviewing your ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and do reasonable commercial follow-up, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

The forms send your data to a Google service over an encrypted connection, and we do not store passwords or keys on the site. We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, although no system on the internet is completely invulnerable.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it to contact you. You can also withdraw your consent. Write to us at gerencia@rgsolutions.pro and we will reply as soon as possible.

9. Minors

Our products and services are aimed at companies and professionals, not at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
