This is how the Fixed Assets replacement analysis decides: it compares accumulated maintenance with cost and the useful life already consumed.
The rules
- Keep: maintenance under 50% of cost and useful life under 80%.
- Review: maintenance between 50% and 75%, or useful life between 80% and 100%.
- Replace: maintenance at 75% or more, or useful life exceeded.
It works from day one, using only the recorded depreciation. It is a reference, not accounting advice.

How much does it cost?
Plans start at USD 39 per month, depending on how many assets you manage: up to 400, up to 1,000 or up to 5,000. Paying yearly gives you a 10% discount. Prices are in US dollars and include taxes.
What does each plan include?
All plans include every feature, unlimited users and 20 hours of support per month. The only thing that changes between plans is the number of assets you can manage.
What if I have more than 5,000 assets?
For more assets or special needs there is the Corporate plan, which is quoted to measure. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you a quote.
Does depreciation work for my country?
Depreciation is configurable to your country's regulations. Fixed Assets does the calculations and the management; it is a reference, not accounting advice, so you should validate the parameters with your accountant.
Does the mobile app work offline?
No. The app reads and saves everything directly on the server, so it needs an internet connection to sign in, search, scan and record a count.
Is there an iPhone app?
For now the mobile app is only for Android 7.0 or later. The web platform works from the browser.
Which languages is it available in?
The platform is multilingual and the mobile app is available in Spanish and English, chosen by each user.
